The Eastern Cape Department of Agriculture is taking decisive action to address the ongoing Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) outbreak, with MEC Ms Nonceba Kontsiwe welcoming the provincial government’s intervention through a R55 million emergency funding allocation.
