DIRCO clears SA envoy to India Anil Sooklal in Zuma-Gupta meeting controversy

The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) has cleared South Africa’s high commissioner to India, Prof Anil Sooklal, of wrongdoing following former President Jacob Zuma’s recent visit to India where he met state capture-accused businessman Ajay Gupta.
