Kenyan tycoon Jimi Wanjigi and his mother, Mary Wambui, have asked a court to remove his brother, Sonny Mbui Wanjigi, as an executor of the will of their late father, former Cabinet minister Maina Wanjigi, as a family fight over the estate deepens.
