Public Interest SA has laid a criminal complaint with the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI or the Hawks) against Acting National Police Commissioner, Lt-Gen Puleng Dimpane, as the leadership crisis in the South African Police Service (SAPS) deepens.
