The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, under MEC Thembeni kaMadlopha-Mthethwa, has initiated a large-scale vaccination campaign targeting livestock in uMkhanyakude, one of the province’s districts with the highest cattle populations.
