One of the most dangerous phrases I hear in modern business today is “AI can just do that.” Contrary to most of the conversation around AI, when I hear a leader say this, I don’t consider them a visionary embracing the future. Instead, they sound to me like someone who hasn’t thought deeply about the complexity of the road ahead.
