Former Higher Education Minister Nobuhle Nkabane has been found to have breached Parliament’s ethics code by the ethics committee, leading to a recommended reprimand and apology in the House for alleged misconduct related to the appointment of SETA board chairpersons and for allegedly misleading Parliament.
