My husband’s family always has a signature yellow box in the pantry for pancakes, strawberry shortcake, and cheesy biscuits; can you guess what it is? Bisquick! They love the ease and convenience of having a baking mix on hand, and I’ve learned to embrace it too. One of my favorite ways to use Bisquick is when I want to make an easy fruit cobbler with whatever fruit I have on hand; peach cobbler is a family favorite. And while there’s always a place for a cobbler made with fresh peaches, I don’t have access to perfectly ripe peaches all the time.
