The National Marine Fisheries Service has opened a public comment period on an application from BBC Natural History and Factual Productions Ltd. to film gray seals at Monomoy Island off Cape Cod, Massachusetts, using both ground crews and drones. Written comments are due on or before October 8, and the agency published the notice in the Federal Register on Tuesday, September 8.
