Lithuania’s government on Wednesday approved national asset freezes against Russian billionaires Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman, three weeks after the European Union removed the two men from its sanctions list, Lithuanian public broadcaster LRT reported, citing the BNS news agency.
