Abdulrahman Musa Bashar has suddenly lost control of his own fortune. The High Court in London granted a worldwide freezing order on March 30 against the chairman of Nigeria's Rahamaniyya Group and his UAE-registered Ultimate Oil and Gas FZCO, locking up assets across the United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, the United Kingdom and France valued at close to $170 million.
