Reality TV star Nozipho Ntshangase from The Mommy Club has finally revealed the cosmetic procedure she recently underwent after keeping fans guessing for days. The mother of five took to Instagram to share the news, putting an end to all the speculation.

Nozipho shared that she decided to have a mini facelift and said she trusted the same surgeon who previously performed her cosmetic procedures. She wrote in the caption, “You asked. You guessed. So here’s the truth..I had a mini facelift. My amazing surgeon @cs.surgery has done it again, stayed tuned for the recovery process.”

Along with the announcement, she posted a video showing herself at the hospital as she prepared for the procedure. In the video, Nozipho explained why she made the decision and revealed that she was already recovering.

She said, “Hey guys, no more guessing. I decided to invest in myself and I’ve trusted my amazing surgeon again, for another procedure. This time it is a mini facelift. It’s been 14 days since my procedure so stay tuned for recovery.”

Her reveal comes just a week after she jokingly hinted that she was returning to her surgeon, despite previously saying she was done with cosmetic procedures.

In the light-hearted video, she humorously wrote, “Me: ‘This is the last one’ Also me: Back at my surgeons office. Another surgery loading…”

Before revealing the procedure, Nozipho reflected on how her previous surgery had a positive impact on her life. She explained that it was about more than changing her appearance.

She wrote, “When my brilliant surgeon and I meet up… it’s never over coffee. Last year, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life and had an abdominoplasty. It gave me so much more than a physical transformation. it gave me confidence, comfort, and a fresh start in ways I never expected. Now we’re back for another chapter. Can you guess what surgery I’m having this time? Drop your guesses below… I’ll reveal everything soon.”

Many of her followers shared messages of support after learning about her latest procedure, while others said they were looking forward to following her recovery journey.

This is not the first time Nozipho has been open about her cosmetic surgery journey. The reality TV star previously underwent a mommy makeover in 2025. As part of that transformation, she had a mastopexy (breast lift), liposuction, and a tummy tuck.

By sharing both her decision and her recovery with fans, Nozipho continues to be open about the personal choices she makes regarding her body.
