Thousands of PlayStation 5 gamers appear set to put down their controllers next month in a proposed week-long blackout boycott of Sony. It’s in protest against the company’s decision to stop releasing its games on physical discs from January 2028, along with a bunch of other business practices that have reportedly left fans feeling ‘disconnected’ from PlayStation.
