For a while now, I’ve found lesbian comedian/actor Robby Hoffman fascinating. Initially, my interest was sparked by Hoffman’s marriage to Gabby Windey. That Windey, the ever-so-adorable and endearing former Bachelorette and Traitors contestant, came out as a lesbian was attention-getting enough in and of itself. Her getting hitched to a woman comic added to the intrigue.

Then, photos of Windey and Hoffman online attending various industry events revealed a celeb couple that, for me, seemed impossible to ignore.

After watching Hoffman do her bit part on my favorite sitcom, Hacks, I couldn’t help but wish she’d been given a more substantial role.

Making herself fascinating appears to be Hoffman’s modus operandi. And, she’s accomplishing this goal in the most anachronistic way possible.
