Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) boss Adv Andrea Johnson has testified that investigations unearthed sufficient evidence to charge the South African Police Service (SAPS) head of Crime Intelligence, Lt-Gen Dumisani Khumalo, and his co-accused.
