China boosts ties with Taiwan after opposition leader visits

China said it would resume flights between Taiwan and more cities on the mainland, as well as easing bans on Taiwanese food and TV shows.China announced a series of measures to boost ties with Taiwan on Sunday following a rare visit by the island's opposition leader Cheng Li-wun.
