Netflix’s Beef has garnered mostly positive reviews for Season 2, earning a high score on Rotten Tomatoes, but it’s still a drop-off from the first installment. The second season’s reception is ultimately not as good as that of the comedy-drama anthology show’s debut chapter. Created by Lee Sung Jin, Beef Season 1 premiered on April 6, 2023. Its cast included Steven Yeun and Ali Wong. Oscar Isaac and Carey Mulligan replaced them as leads in the sophomore season.
