North West municipalities ‘paid’ over R300m to Suliman Carrim’s companies

Municipalities in the North West have allegedly made payments of over R300 million to companies owned by businessman Suliman Carrim, who is also the ANC’s regional treasurer in the province’s Ngaka Modiri Molema region.
