Over more than two decades, he’s tried it all—shots, pellets, gels, creams, nasal sprays–but switched to pills a few years ago when a new crop of oral testosterone formulas hit the market. The first, Jatenzo, was approved by the FDA in 2019, followed by Tlando and Kyzatrex in 2022.
