Government Ekpemupolo, the former Niger Delta militant leader known as Tompolo who chairs pipeline-protection company Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd., has kept buying shares in Fidelity Bank Plc and now leads the lender's shareholder register, according to a column published Sunday.
