THE FUSE

The Agricultural Show in Butterworth drew strong attention as farmers from across the region gathered to showcase their produce and farming skills. Eastern Cape MEC for Agriculture Nonceba Kontsiwe attended the event and engaged directly with participants. The event highlighted the strength of local agriculture and the role it plays in supporting food supply and rural livelihoods. Farmers displayed a wide range of fresh produce, reflecting both commercial and small-scale farming activity in the area. The show also attracted community members who came to support local growers and purchase fresh products directly from them.
