You've probably heard of blue zones, the handful of places around the world where people tend to live unusually long, healthy lives. Five spots have earned their place on the list: Okinawa, Japan; Sardinia, Italy; Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica; Ikaria, Greece; and Loma Linda, California. Now, new research suggests there may be another one hiding in plain sight, right next door to one of the originals.
