Panama's top court annulled key port contracts held by Hong Kong's CK Hutschison to operate at either side of the Panama Canal.China on Friday said it would be taking "necessary measures" following a ruling by Panama's Supreme Court, that Chinese control of Panama Canal ports was unconstitutional.
