How is Judeline commemorating the biggest year of her career? By getting right back in the studio, of course. Even when the 23-year-old Spanish singer is trying to process her whirlwind summer — which she partially chalks up to Mercury retrograde — she’s already thinking about what comes next. Just weeks ago, she secured her first ever entry on the Billboard Hot 100 and her first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart with Karol G’s “BbY Wow,” an R&B-meets-dancehall track she co-wrote and features on alongside Rusowsky. And yet, when we chatted in late August, Judeline (born Lara Fernández Castrelo) had just left her studio session in Madrid in a rush in order to make our call. “I was finishing little things, but I’m done for the day,” she tells NYLON, nearly out of breath.
