Bargaining council rules Oliphant’s dismissal unfair, orders reinstatement and R1.5m back pay

The Public Health and Social Development Sectoral Bargaining Council has ruled that the dismissal of former social development spokesperson Lumka Oliphant was both procedurally and substantively unfair.
