NOAA Keeps Seafood Inspection Fees Unchanged for Fiscal 2027 with Rates Frozen Since 2022

The National Marine Fisheries Service will not raise the prices it charges seafood processors, importers and packers for federal inspection work in the coming fiscal year. In a notice published in the Federal Register on Friday, September 4, the agency told program participants that its fee schedule for fiscal year 2027 will remain as it was established on November 1, 2022.
