South African workplaces are only just starting to talk about menopause. A Medihelp executive argued in a recent Bizcommunity op-ed that local companies can no longer afford to ignore it, and Discovery Health launched a dedicated menopause support app for its members earlier this year. Both are genuine signs the conversation is starting.
