Australian travel brand July introduces CaseSafe, a smart suitcase designed to make lost luggage far less stressful thanks to built-in tracking technology. For anyone who has stood at a baggage claim carousel watching everyone else retrieve their bags and leave the airport, the anxiety is familiar. What follows is often a long line at an overwhelmed service desk to file a claim, with weeks sometimes passing before suitcases – along with clothing and valuables – are returned.
