Mpumalanga taxi boss, Joe Sibanyoni, has been questioned about what he meant when he told President Cyril Ramaphosa and Mineral and Petroleum Resources Minister Gwede Mantashe that “we are fighting for our own 30%” in relation to the PUTCO bus company.
