PS Plus subscribers are awaiting confirmation about the next batch of releases for the Essentials tier in May. The free PS5 games for May will be officially announced at 4.30pm BST on the afternoon of April 29. The games will be available to download and install less than a week later, specifically on the morning of May 5. Of course, there's a good chance the games will leak early, so keep checking back for the latest PlayStation Plus updates.
