The 751kg of drugs confiscated in a controversial Johannesburg drug bust was facilitated by businessman Tumelo Nku, who was working with SAPS officials at the behest of cartels, Hawks Lieutenant Colonel Nkoana Sebola has told the Madlanga Commission.
