EIB says development finance must bridge gap between capital and projects

The European Investment Bank’s head for Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean region, Jim Hodges, has called for closer co-operation between development finance institutions, governments and the private sector to turn investment commitments into projects that support economic growth and job creation.
