But managing different schedules and ever-changing needs can be especially tough for people with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Now, new research finds a trend in ADHD diagnoses in new moms: The odds they’ll be diagnosed with the mental disorder jumps up by nearly 25% around the time their kids are entering preschool.
