Microsoft cannot seem to avoid stepping on rake after rake, seemingly speedrunning its way into becoming the most hated video game company of the last five years. This time, instead of laying off thousands of developers or leaving storied studios twisting in uncertain winds, it deleted a 25-year-old account belong to Joshua Khane. As first reported by IGN, Khane said that after his account was hacked, he reached out to Microsoft customer support to see if there was anything they could do to help him.
