Relebogile Mabotja Steps Down from Black Swan Media

Radio host, singer, producer, and media personality Relebogile Mabotja has announced that she has stepped down as a director and shareholder of Black Swan Media after more than five years with the company.
Relebogile recently shared the news with her followers on Instagram, reflecting on her time at the company and expressing gratitude for the experiences and opportunities she gained during her tenure.
“Last month, l officially stepped down from Black Swan Media as Director and Shareholder after over five years of incredible productions, awards, partnerships and growth.
It was a meaningful chapter in my journey and I am deeply grateful for the projects, collaborations, clients, suppliers, teams and partners who formed part of that season.
I truly appreciate the opportunities, the trust and the exceptional contribution this chapter has made to my own professional and personal growth.”
The media personality described her time at Black Swan Media as an important part of her career and personal development. She thanked everyone who played a role in the company’s journey and the successes achieved over the years.
Relebogile also shared that although she is leaving her position at Black Swan Media, she is not stepping away from the entertainment and production industry. Instead, she is preparing for a new phase in her career.
“As with all meaningful seasons, there comes a time to pause, reflect and step into what is next with clarity and intention.
I am not leaving the industry. I am expanding into the next evolution of my work and will continue to explore all my professional, creative and production endeavours through Lebotja Media.

Over the years, Relebogile has built an impressive career in television, radio, music, and production. She recently served as the executive producer of the 19th South African Film and Television Awards, further cementing her reputation as one of the industry’s respected creatives.
Black Swan Media has also enjoyed notable success, earning a nomination in the Best International Format Show category at the SAFTAs for The Single Wives SA season one, which streamed on Showmax.
