Governments must focus on understanding why people are unemployed instead of placing all responsibility on individuals.
One of the main reasons for unemployment is the lack of skill-based education. Many students complete school and even higher education without learning practical skills required in the job market. As a result, they struggle to find suitable employment. Governments should improve the education system by introducing vocational training, career guidance, and skill development programs from an early age.
Another important cause of unemployment is the gap between education and employment opportunities. Students are encouraged to pursue certain degrees without proper information about job availability. At the same time, industries face a shortage of skilled workers. Governments must study market needs and align education with sectors that offer real employment opportunities such as technology, healthcare, research, and skilled trades.

Most job opportunities are concentrated in large cities, forcing people to migrate or remain unemployed. In addition, issues like corruption, favoritism, and slow recruitment processes prevent deserving candidates from securing jobs. Transparent hiring systems, fair examinations, and efficient recruitment policies are necessary to ensure equal opportunities for all.
