Nigerian billionaire Tunde Folawiyo, chairman of the Yinka Folawiyo Group, has quietly become one of the most active backers of African technology through Pave Investments, a multi-family office that bought into payments companies Paystack and Flutterwave when each was worth only a few million dollars.
