Suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner for Crime Detection, Lt-Gen Shadrack Sibiya, was allegedly pressured to arrest controversial blogger Musa Khawula following complaints from ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula and businessman Ze Nxumalo.
