Worcestershire have re-signed Australia pace bowler Ben Dwarshuis for the entirety of next summer's T20 Blast.

The left-armer was the leading wicket-taker for the Rapids in the 2025 competition with 18 victims in 13 matches - and he also contributed 226 runs.

It was his second spell with the club, having first played for Worcestershire in 2021.

"Across both of my previous spells, I've loved playing with the boys and in front of our home crowd. It feels like a bit of a second home now and I can't wait to get stuck in with everyone," he said.

"The squad looks strong and really well balanced, so I'm thrilled to be locked in for the whole tournament and hopefully help us go a few steps further this time."

Worcestershire finished fifth in their group in the 2025 Blast after winning half of their 14 games, missing out on a place in the knockout stages.

"Ben is an absolute professional and someone we, as a coaching staff, were very keen to bring back when the opportunity arose," said head coach Alan Richardson.

"The impact he had both on and off the pitch last year was invaluable. The way he integrated into the group and helped nurture some of the younger players was a priceless asset."
