The 6th Annual Career Expo 2026 held at Ga-Pila Community Hall has placed agriculture at the centre of youth career conversations as more than 2,500 learners gathered to explore future opportunities. Hosted by the Maths and Science Academy (MASA), the event runs under the theme “Bridging Learners to Career and Industry Opportunities” and brings together education institutions, government departments, and industry stakeholders. The strong turnout from Mogalakwena and surrounding communities reflects a growing demand for clear career guidance among rural learners. Agriculture stood out as one of the most practical and accessible sectors for long-term employment and entrepreneurship. The Limpopo Department of Agriculture and Rural Development played a key role in showcasing how the sector continues to open doors for young people in rural areas.
