Parliament’s Police Ad Hoc Committee has found that dissolving the Political Killings Task Team may have served the interests of organised crime cartels. The committee, which is investigating corruption allegations in the criminal justice system, also said that minister on special leave Senzo Mchunu gave evidence with material inconsistencies.
