Marius van der Merwe murder accused Matipandile Sotheni denied bail

The Brakpan magistrate’s court has denied former South African Police Service (SAPS) Task Force member Matipandile Sotheni bail, keeping him in custody pending his trial for the murder of Marius van der Merwe, also known as Witness D at the Madlanga Commission.
