Satellite images suggest that Victoria colombiana, the giant waterlily newly described by scientists in Colombia and London, may grow only within the Estrella Fluvial de Inírida, a wetland of international importance between the Guaviare and Inírida rivers, Colombian outlet El Morichal reported.
