Boeing's Starliner spacecraft is not expected to carry astronauts again until 2028, NASA said on Monday, September 28, and the agency will work to certify a new rocket to launch it once the current booster is retired. "Our current plan is to return astronauts on Starliner-2 by 2028," NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman said in the agency's announcement.
