DA to approach Public Protector over Joburg’s sewage crisis and crumbling infrastructure

The Democratic Alliance (DA) is set to lodge a formal complaint with the Public Protector, accusing the City of Johannesburg and the Gauteng Department of Human Settlements of failing to address deteriorating infrastructure, unsafe housing and persistent sewage spills that continue to affect thousands of residents.
