Modders port FSR 4.1.2 Lite to Intel Arc's XMX AI-cores matching XeSS upscaling performance

Modders have made AMD's "Lite" version of FSR 4 working on the XMX AI-cores of Intel's Arc GPUs just days after this version of AMD's upscaler was launched for Ryzen (supported) APUs and RX 6000 series GPUs. Originally discovered by WCCFtech, an OptiScaler update has introduced experimental FSR 4.1.2 Lite functionality to Intel Arc GPUs, providing better image quality than XeSS while incurring the same performance impact.
