We are far into the 21st century. We talk about equality, humanity, and all these things. But then comes the biggest turnover — caste.

People often say, “We don’t talk about caste; we care about everyone.” But at the end of the day, even literate people — people who are aware of today’s society — still carry thoughts about caste. Somewhere within them, they still consider it and call it diversity.

When the late generations, the so-called Gen Z, talk about equality to millennials and older generations — explaining what equality really means in this world, how human beings should be treated as equal, how humanity should come first — but in the end, we are still questioned inappropriately. We are still told to continue the same practices, as if caste is some kind of legacy that must be carried forward.

I still don’t understand who created all this. When the world was already peaceful and calm, why was it created? And why is it still carried today? Even though we had diversities in the stone age just to maintain social dignity among fellow human beings, it does not need to be carried this far.

Caste might have been created sometime in the old days, but in today’s world, it is not needed. We don’t need to see people with divisions anymore — just treat others the way you want to be treated.

We all live in a world with so much literacy, dignity, and a sole reason for our lives. When one part of the world is emerging in every possible way, somewhere else caste speaks louder than anything.

Somewhere in the world, manslaughter, inequality, professional discrimination, and many other things are still happening.

It feels heart breaking to see all this happening around me — the place where I have to survive the rest of my life, the place that is the root of my identity, the place where my kids will be brought up, the place I should love and receive love from.

To everyone who carries all this shit in their minds — please throw it away. Start being a human being, with at least basic humanity in you.

PS: no offense
