I hardly ever read mainstream news anymore. I glance at the headlines just to see what script we’re being asked to perform this week. Then I dive into the comments — the digital confessional — where the real story lives. The frustration, confusion, and quiet heartbreak of people trying to make sense of a world gone mad. The news pretends to inform; the comments reveal the pulse of the people.

When I’m operating on a higher frequency, outside the noise of ego and outrage, I prefer to tune into my heart — to feel what’s really going on, beneath the programming we’re being force-fed. You can sense it if you’re still enough. The static of manipulation, the invisible hands turning suffering into currency.

It’s obvious who benefits. The ones who profit from illness, division, and distraction have built entire empires on our imbalance. Big Pharma, Big Tech, Big Food — they’re not in the business of healing or connection. They’re in the business of control. Of course, there are angels working inside those systems, doing their best to heal despite the greed that cages them. But the few who control the many are perfectly content when we are tired, anxious, overworked, and spiritually starved.
