Former Moroka Swallows striker Daniel Gozar will be smiling all the way to the bank as his contractual matter with the Soweto club has reached finality. Gozar, who is originally from Ghana, was on the books of Swallows between 2020 and 2023 although he was loaned to Black Leopards in the 2021/22 season.
When he parted ways with the Dobsonville-based club last year, the 30-year-old still had a contract and he opted to take the matter to FIFA through his legal to get it sorted.
Having had the world’s football governing body ruling in his favour recently, it has been confirmed to the Siya crew that the Dube Birds have since started paying what is owed to the burly forward.
