A$AP Rocky doesn't even have to try to be best-dressed. Even in full dadcore mode, no one's outdressing this guy.

Even on the set of Spike Lee's Highs and Lows, which Rocky was apparently cast in without any industry publications noticing, Rocky is the most stylish guy around. Though I suppose credit goes to the costume department for that one.

Anyways, the main event is the casual look that Rocky wore out on May 7, the day after both he and Rihanna memorably skipped the 2024 Met Gala.

Rocky was seen out on the streets of New York with baby RZA, his young son, presumably outside of the hotel where he was staying with Rihanna while she rode out the stomach bug that kept her away from the red carpet.

Notably, Rocky wasn't wearing any designer clothes at all. Instead, he was in head-to-toe PUMA, appropriate for the man infusing the half-century-old German sportswear giant with his personal brand of cool.

Yep, his favorite PUMA shorts, PUMA tank, PUMA socks, and even an ordinary pair of $160 Deviate NITRO 2 running shoes. Possibly the least complicated A$AP Rocky look in the history of, well, A$AP Rocky.

And, yet, despite how uncomplicated Rocky's outfit looks — really, he looked like he just got out of the gym — he still looks undeniably excellent.

We've said it before and we'll say it again: though Rocky so often wears only the choicest, only the finest designer goods, he can make basically everything look good through sheer force of panache.

Because that's the real secret to good style.

You can wear all the fancy fare you find and drop a fortune on pricey luxury flexes but, at the end of the day, if you can't make your gym clothes look no-brainer excellent, you don't got it.
